Darv -

I like the colors you propose and also the font. As for the layout, I like to block paragraphs. This looks great!!

As for the colors, I would suggest that we use colors consistent with 'colonial philadelphia'. I believe one of the paint manufactures have that line, Finneran & Haley, PPG, Benjamin Moore. Some of the colors displayed appear to be consistent with that scheme.
The font should be clean and easy to read, spaced left - right justified so the line lengths are equal.

My selection: Colors 21, 29 & 06, and fonts H.

Here's why: blue seems to be a prevalent color in the Philadelphia region, and color 21 appears to be the most useful blue. We could even use it to render the CSI logo for our chapter use. Color 27 is a good complement to this blue, but it seems to mimic the City of Philadelphia colors too closely for a regional organization. The bricky red 29 provides a red/blue combination that is common in our area without being overly Phillies, 76ers, and Independence NHP. It would make a good accent color. The khaki 06 seems to be equally opposite 29 in relation to 27 in terms of value and hue. Therefore, it makes a good third color in my palette and would be useful for a background color underneath text.

As far as fonts, the body text of F and H is open and easy to read on screen, and the slightly lighter font used for the heading in H seems to make it a little less heavy handed.
