The Index(newsletter) and Membership Roster*
The Index is now ‘published’ only in electronic format on the web site (January, February, March, April, May, September, October, November, December) and includes advertising. If a chapter Roster is printed in that year, your ad can be included in it for a small additional charge. The following rates are for the calendar year (Jan 1 – Dec 31) or any portion thereof:

Sorry…preprinted inserts in The Index will no longer be available due to the new electronic format; inserts are not included in the Chapter Roster.
Submit two clean ads (color or black/white) and payment to the Chapter Treasurer. Please submit advertisements in electronic format for inclusion in our Newsletter on the web site. We encourage you to test your ad on a photocopier to make sure you like the results; text over colors sometimes gets lost.
Table Top Display**
Highlight your product or service! Reserve a display table at any of our regular dinner meetings, and you will be given 5 minutes after dinner to make a presentation.
Regular Dinner Meeting: The fee is $200 for a standard 2’-6” x 5'-0” table, table cloth, extension cord, and dinner for two (sorry, no discount for members). Bring any normal table-top display, literature, freebies, etc. Set up in the meeting room at 5:15 pm or later and take advantage of our social hour to get to talk to the members (please don't worry about whether you will disturb the Board meeting when you do your set-up).
Or join us for New Products Night in March. The table fee is $200 (for members) and $300 (for non-members) and includes the accessories mentioned above. The intention of New Products Night is to introduce the membership to NEW products or services released or updated in the last year. Your display is the program on New Products Night! Exhibitor space is limited and tables are assigned on a first come basis.
Submit the request to the House Committee by the cutoff for dinner reservations (normally the Wednesday before the meeting). You may mail the payment in advance or pay at the meeting.
The fine print:
*The Editor has the authority to refuse any ad, insert, or article at his/her sole discretion, regardless of whether the same or similar material has been previously published.
**If you make a reservation and then are unable to attend, we still need you to pay for the dinner ($30/person). The House Committee has the authority to refuse any application for Table Top or New Products Night Display, or order any displayer to remove inappropriate or offensive materials (or persons) at its sole discretion, regardless of whether the same or similar material has been previously displayed.
